Both wines were selected from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills between Mt Barker & Echunga. A very cool, south facing slope that ripens late to ensure intensity of varietal characters.
The Sauvignon Blanc is a well integrated, complex wine with multi layers of flavours. Fresh lime, passionfruit and tropical characters combine well with herbal notes and a fine, long elegant finish.
The Pinot Gris is an ideal food wine, beautifully balanced with lush, mouth-filling flavours of crisp apple and pear with a long, textured finish.
If you are thinking a seafood option for Christmas then the Sauvie is a great choice while the Pinot Gris is ideal with Pork with Apple Sauce!
